At Goated Footwear, we stand by our quality, but if your pair isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Kicks

  Place the unworn sneakers back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer.

  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Get Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
